Vantage is a gated community of townhomes that was constructed by Taylor Woodrow Builders and was completed and turned over to Vantage Town Homes Association in 2003.  The community is now enjoying its 93 residences, swimming pool and common areas as well as the entire South Coast Metro Area. 

Vantage Town Homes at South Coast Metro is strategically located within the business and cultural hub of Orange County and nearby freeways allow convenient and direct access to Los Angeles, San Diego and the Inland Empire.  The South Coast Metro Area encompasses the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and South Coast Repertory theater company, South Coast Plaza, Orange County Museum of Art, John Wayne Airport and also includes additional residential complexes, retail shopping, entertainment venues, business offices, hotels and many upscale restaurants.  You can’t help but love living here!
